Alexander Kenich: Senior Engineering Manager – Leading Innovative Teams
Alexander Kenich has been with Sector Alarm for six years and currently serves as a Senior Engineering Manager, overseeing four specialized teams that focus on areas such as sensor technology, internal tools for field technicians, device communication systems, and AI-driven customer support platforms. “The work we do is all about creating solutions that improve customer experience while maintaining high privacy and security standards,” Alexander explains. His teams are involved in initiatives ranging from developing smart sensor alerts—like temperature warnings to help prevent frozen pipes—to building an intelligent chat platform that assists customers 24/7.
Alexander’s team was instrumental in launching the video devices, which were a significant milestone for Sector Alarm. This feature allowed the integration of video feeds into the alarm system, providing an additional layer of security. However, it was done with privacy in mind—customers have control over when the video feeds are accessed, ensuring that no one at Sector Alarm can view them unless the alarm is triggered.
Alexander’s contributions to Sector Alarm’s technology vision are substantial. He believes that technology plays a crucial role in the company’s future. “Technology is driving the digital transition at Sector Alarm, and we’re constantly working to improve our products and processes to serve our customers better,” Alexander explains.

Malgorzata Janeczek: Full-Stack Developer – Building Impactful Products
With over two years at Sector Alarm, Malgorzata Janeczek has grown from delivering features to owning entire solutions, focusing on projects that make a real, lasting impact.
“I’m most excited about creating products that drive meaningful change and improve people’s lives,” Malgorzata explains. She and her team develop solutions to make sales reps and installers more efficient, improving onboarding and boosting customer satisfaction. One of her most exciting projects is CareMate, an innovative tool using machine learning to provide real-time recommendations for Customer support agents. This solution has improved both customer service and sales outcomes, helping agents make smarter decisions faster.
Malgorzata is passionate about the collaborative culture at Sector Alarm. “The company is filled with talented, driven, and kind people who aren’t just focused on technology but also on making the world a safer place,” she says.
Cihan Artblom: Product Manager – Transforming Processes for a Better Customer Experience
With over 12 years of experience at Sector Alarm, Cihan Artblom has seen firsthand how the company has evolved. Starting in the Swedish alarm central and later transitioning to the tech and product departments, Cihan now serves as a Product Manager, where he focuses on optimizing sales and installation processes to create a smoother experience for both customers and employees.
One of Cihan’s proudest achievements was leading the digitalization of the sales process, which has not only improved operational efficiency but also provided a more seamless experience for customers. By embracing data-driven decision-making, Cihan’s team has been able to provide a more efficient, customer-focused approach.
“The best part of working at Sector Alarm is the sense of teamwork,” Cihan says. “Collaborating with passionate and dedicated people makes all the difference. Together, we’re driving the company forward and constantly improving the customer experience.”
Myroslava Domanitska: Senior Product Designer – Crafting User-Friendly Innovations
Myroslava Domanitska has been with Sector Alarm since 2023, and in that time, she’s made a lasting impact on how we design user-friendly solutions. As a Senior Product Designer, Myroslava works at the intersection of customer needs and business goals, ensuring that every product not only meets expectations but enhances the user experience.
“My job is all about finding ways to solve problems and create value for our customers,” Myroslava shares. She works closely with product managers and developers to craft software and hardware solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.
One of her standout achievements was designing a feature for our app that allows customers to pair new keytags with their system—something that used to require an installer. Since launching, more than 1000 keytags have been successfully paired by customers themselves, a testament to the feature’s simplicity and effectiveness.
For Myroslava, what keeps her motivated is the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where customer feedback plays a crucial role in shaping their products. “It’s truly rewarding to be part of a team that’s always striving to push boundaries and improve what we do,” she says.
