We are seeking a creative and motivated person to join our team as a Group Digital Learning Designer. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our digital learning experiences and fostering strong stakeholder engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive our business forward.
What will you do?
Design and develop:
- Create and implement innovative digital learning solutions, courses, and curricula that are impactful and engaging.
- Utilize various tools to create activities, assignments, and assessments that enhance learning retention.
- You will develop storyboards, scripts, and outlines to guide content creation, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and best practices.
- Create visually appealing and informative content to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure the successful delivery and handover of digital learning programs.
- Apply effective learning design principles to build scalable initiatives that support job excellence and career development for our employees.
- Continuously review and update our digital learning content to ensure it is engaging, current, and business-focused.
Collaborate with stakeholders:
- Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for impactful digital learning solutions.
- Maintain project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion of various projects.
- Serve as an expert in the functionality of our learning management system, providing training and support.
Secure continuous improvement:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital learning and continuously seek ways to improve our learning solutions.
- Train cross-functional team members in instructional design and e-learning development, ensuring consistency in content creation.
We believe that you have:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of diverse digital design projects.
- At least 2 years of experience using motion graphics in blended learning solutions.
- Excellent command of the English language, as it will be your primary working language.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360 Storyline, and Rise.
- Strong ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with at least one learning management system (LMS); knowledge of Workday is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, quickly adapting to evolving project requirements.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
